Fittings

The innovative design of ‘Smart Cooling™’ adiabatic cooling system has been developed so that the system can be easily and quickly assembled as well as disassembled if or when necessary, for example, during the winter months.

Control Panel

PRO 1 – Control Panel, which provides automatic start-up of the cooling system at a certain temperature. The control panel regulates the operational processes of the whole ‘Smart cooling™’ system. Manufactured from high-quality PE components, the control panel initiates the start-up and closing down of the Intelligent adiabatic ‘Smart cooling™’ system. The control panel can also be connected to the HVAC BMS management system for ease of operation.

Water treatment system BY

Four stage water treatment system to remove limescale, Legionella bacteria, dust and other contaminants. Firstly, water is filtered to reduce dirt and other contaminants. Secondly, the structure of the lime molecules is altered, thus preventing sediment of limescale to occur on the surfaces of the air cooling equipment components. The structure of the molecule of the lime is altered with the help of special electro-magnetic magnet and BIO tablets, which simultaneously protect metal parts from rust. Thirdly, water is radiated with UV rays to prevent Legionella and other bacteria formation in the water.

UV chiller booster unit PRO 10

The high-pressure chiller booster unit PRO 10 – UV provides 70-140 bar of pressure within the ‘Smart cooling™’ system. The pumping station is housing for a specially developed high-pressure pump, valves, the electronics for the automated operation of the adiabatic cooling system and a block of Ultraviolet lamps. The UV lamps purify and sterilize the water to protect against bacteria, including Legionella.
