Our GACS™ unit mounts in front of air-cooled chiller condenser coils and uses stainless-steel micro-nozzles operating at 50 to 70 bar to generate a fine mist wall. The mist evaporates instantaneously, dropping incoming air temperature by up to 15°C without water droplets ever reaching the coil surface. Evaporation efficiency reaches 90%, and 100% of unused water is recirculated onsite.
